I’ve written a lot of songs recently, and it’s bizarre, because the past few months have completely changed my style, my music, my lyrics.
It is as though I have suddenly too much, to write.

to say

These are heavy
things
dangerous

the kind that catapult up

the sky
hit bodies
like hail
and smack
into the ground
louder
LOUDER
than rain.
